Welcome to Property Forecast, a platform developed by Conley Labs LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”), which provides forecasts, comparisons, and other data about real estate markets. By accessing or using Property Forecast (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), forming a binding agreement between you and Conley Labs LLC. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies or guidelines we provide. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

The Service provides forecasts, historical data, and other analyses. You agree that:

• Limitation of Liability Conley Labs LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
• Errors and Mistakes: The forecasts, data, and analyses provided by the Service may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information. We do not guarantee that the data will be free from errors, and we expressly disclaim any liability for inaccuracies or mistakes in the data provided.

4. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service without notice. In the event of discontinuation, prepaid users will receive a proprated refund.
